Below are some of the most frequently asked questions about the Academic Lab Logins 和 WSO2/Dynamic 形式 Single Sign On.  We will add new items as questions arise.

•  How do I log in?
  • Log in using your 900# (ex. 900123456) & your Academic Labs Password.

• Will this 密码 expire every 90 days?
  • 是的, we recommend setting a calendar alert to 改变 your 密码 之前 it expires so you will not need to have it reset by the Help Desk in order to 改变 it.
  • 学生 & 工作人员 who use their 900# as their computer username can use the Change a Password option after pressing Ctrl-Alt-Delete on an NMT Windows computer to update their 密码s 之前 they expire
  • If you do 不 use your 900# for your username to log into your NMT computer & your 密码 has 不 expired yet, please contact the help desk at  help@abadiadetortoreos.com 和 we can send you instructions to 改变 your 密码 or walk you through the 密码 改变.

• My 密码 is not working, what do I do? 
  • You will need a 密码 reset. Please send the Help Desk (help@abadiadetortoreos.com) an email or give us a call at 575-835-5700. Alternatively, you can visit us at our office in Gold. Please be prepared with id, we will need to see it 之前 we will be able to reset 任何 密码.
•  I don't have an @nmt email, I have never had an Academic Labs account, what are you talking about?
  • In order to make the transition to the New SSO Dynamic 形式, we created @nmt (or used a previously existing @student) email for users who who did not have them by default (Examples: @emrtc, @nckri or @passcal users)
  • The same is true for Academic Lab accounts. If you didn't previously have one, we needed or will need to create one for you.
  • The New Dynamic 形式 using the WSO2 SSO Login is the new way to access 和 work with forms at NMT 和 new forms will be created 和 sent through the New Dynamic 形式.
• I need my forms from 之前, w在这里 are they?
  • Your older forms from 之前 the transition are in the Old Dynamic 形式. They can still be accessed using your Old Dynamic 形式 credentials. 
• When you reset my Academic Labs 密码, what other 密码s are reset?
  • 它将 also reset your WSO2/Dynamic 形式, 横幅, Degreeworks, Scholarship Portal,你的 Academic VPN 和 彩虹, which will only be impactful if they are programs or sites that you use.
  • 它将 不 reset your Banweb, WiFi or Email 密码.
